Yes. To modify or cancel a reservation, it is necessary to notify us with:

• 24 hours in advance for individual and couples reservations.
• 48 hours in advance for groups of more than 4 people.

Otherwise, the voucher will be considered used.

The spa is open every day, including holidays, except:

• December 25

Arriving about 10-15 minutes early allows you to slow down, change your environment, and start to disconnect before your massage. Every minute of calm adds to the experience.

Yes. We have private spaces for changing and showering, ensuring comfort and privacy before and after the treatment.

We use aromatic oil, selected to promote relaxation and balance.
