How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking:

A minimum of 72 hours in advance for standard treatments.
One week in advance for experiences with a jacuzzi.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes. To modify or cancel a reservation, it is necessary to notify us with:

24 hours in advance for individual and couples reservations.
48 hours in advance for groups of more than 4 people.

Otherwise, the voucher will be considered used.

What days is the spa open?

The spa is open every day, including holidays, except:

When should I arrive?

Arriving about 10-15 minutes early allows you to slow down, change your environment, and start to disconnect before your massage. Every minute of calm adds to the experience.

What should I bring on the day of my appointment?

It will be mandatory to present the gift card on the day of the treatment.
Without the presentation of the voucher, the service cannot be performed.

Should I bring anything special, like a swimsuit?

No. We provide everything you may need for your spa experience.

Does the spa have a shower and changing room?

Yes. We have private spaces for changing and showering, ensuring comfort and privacy before and after the treatment.

Can I choose the oil during the massage?

We use aromatic oil, selected to promote relaxation and balance.
It is not currently possible to choose between different types of oil.
